At the TISA Conference 2025 our CEO Muna Yassin was joined by a powerful all-woman panel.

Joining Muna on the panel were Vikki Brownridge Helen Undy Sophie Legrand-Green Claire Exley Ruth Vero led by host Georgie Frost

The panel covered topics ranging from:
– financial education (we broadly agreed it’s often used as a fig leaf for not tackling more complex issues)
– problem debt – and the gender and minoritised communities slant to the cost of living crisis
– inclusive design and the need for more culturally appropriate financial products and services
– the National Financial Inclusion Strategy – the opportunities and gaps
– the role of the media – it can help destigmatise debt but it also needs to stop feeding false narratives of division, and scapegoating minoritised communities.

We also heard from a number of great speakers across the day, and continuing the theme of representation, this included Sarah Pritchard, Deputy Chief Executive of the Financial Conduct Authority.
