We were delighted to be part of the representatives from the London Child Poverty 4in10 Network that met with the new Mayor of Hackney Zoe Garbett and Cabinet member for Children, Young People and Early intervention Soraya Adejare to discuss how we can work together towards a child poverty free London.

There was some powerful discussions, from how Hackney families are experiencing multiple debts to homelessness, education, young people and foodbank usage. Organisations represented at the meeting included Trust for London, Hackney Foodbank, London Youth, ATD Forth World and African Community School.
