The first Money and Pensions Service Technology and Innovation Forum for the Debt Advice sector took place in London.

The event brought together the sector’s tech experts, providers, and its innovation leaders. There was some interesting keynote speakers from Financial Conduct Authority on Innovation Services and AI Demystified: Unleash the power if of AI at work. Also there was some interactive group sessions on the balance of risk and reward in AI, and the chance to hear about the latest initiatives in the sector, these included showcases from Income Max, and Policy in Practice
