Rooted by name Rooted by nature
We are delighted to announce that our name has changed from Fair Money Advice to Rooted Finance.
This name change and brand refresh will allow us to present ourselves more clearly for who we are, a pioneering debt and financial inclusion Charity rooted in our communities with a laser commitment to improving the financial lives of our clients.
Rooted Values
Our values are the foundation for everything we do, how we behave and how we treat others. We’re all about destigmatising debt, creating positive futures for the people we work with, and changing outcomes for groups who have traditionally been at a disadvantage in society.
Over the next few weeks, we look forward to rolling out our rebranded website, new leaflets and promotional materials, with our email addresses to be updated to reflect our new company name.
This rebranding will not affect or delay any current or future projects.
Our commitment to our clients and partners remains our highest priority and we will continue to update you as these branding changes take place.
We thank you for your continued support.
Erik Porter, Chair, Rooted Finance said “Our new branding reflects the deep connections we have built in the communities we serve. As we embark on the next chapter of our journey, we are excited to deepen those connections and build new ones. I want to reassure our clients, partners and funders that while our name is changing, our commitment to delivering for clients remains as solid as ever. It is also important to recognise the exceptional work of Muna Yassin, our CEO and the wider team. They have guided us throughout this journey without disruption to services, supporting clients as they continue to navigate the challenges brought on by the increased cost of living.”
Muna Yassin MBE, CEO, Rooted Finance said “I’m delighted to announce that after careful consideration we have chosen a new name and brand that reflects our place within the communities we serve. Rooted Finance is here to support clients in the best way possible and our focus is on finding long-term solutions, not temporary fixes. We believe that empowering people to fix the root causes of debt can change lives for the better. Now, acting as an independent entity we have more time and freedom to dedicate to big-picture systemic, inclusion and policy issues. We look forward to launching two big-picture projects this year and thank our partners and funders
