Great to have our Director of Operations, Jahanara Khanom and Projects & Partnerships Manger Emma Triggs representing the organisation at The Centre for Inclusive Money’s conference in Central London Today. *Newly rebranded, previously Nest Insight

Some really interesting discussions throughout the day including short and long term financial security, Supporting progression and the role of wealth-building and learning from other systems in the US. Also  the session on ‘Designing for Inclusion’ facilitated by Sope Otulana with a panel of Helen Undy OBE, Julian Thompson, Ruth Persian and Alexandra Miles #InclusiveDesign was particularly insightful.

On the launch of The Centre for Inclusive Money

Rooted Finance CEO, Muna Yassin MBE:

“The Centre for Inclusive Money has a unique place, and authentic voice, within the financial inclusion landscape. It’s fantastic to see a public-benefit research and innovation centre championing the needs of financially vulnerable communities in all areas of its work. A key thread stands out – inclusive design that centres those in the most financially vulnerable circumstances leads to increased financial resilience for all.”
The Centre for Inclusive Money CEO, Will Sandbrook:
“Delivering impact through high-quality, collaborative research, with a strong focus on testing solutions in the real world, has always been a central pillar of our work. But over time we’ve become more focused on how we can also work downstream of that research to play a role in translation at scale across policy, regulation and market activity. That shift underpins our strategy and our new identity as the Centre for Inclusive Money at Nest.”
